About two months into contour surgery..? I’m dissatisfied ㅠㅠ

I didn't get cheekbones done. I had two types, a front chin and a square chin.
 At first, I didn't want my cheekbones to look saggy or have pins on my cheekbones, and I thought the cheekbones themselves weren't that big.
 Maybe that's why my face got so small? I can't feel it.
 Is it because of my cheekbones or because my chin wasn't cut much? It doesn't seem to have any effect from the
 front...
 The lines are just a little bit tidied up, but people really don't notice.
 It's really a little softer than before?
