Is it better to have nose surgery done at a specialized hospital?

If you look at Seongyesa, there are many people recommending surgery at hospitals that specialize in nose surgery...
 The irony is that if you look at the posts of people who have functional problems or feel that they are not aesthetically satisfied, there are also famous hospitals that specialize in nose surgery.
The number of nose surgeries is much higher than other places, so even if we take into account the fact that there are often unfortunate cases among them, if you look at Seongyesa, you will see that there are the most posts about nose surgery. Looking at the posts here and there, I think that specialized hospitals for each area are not necessarily the answer.
Would it be a risk to get treatment from a doctor who specializes in eyes and nose, or a doctor who specializes in other areas?
I thought that people with at least 15 years of experience would be people who have naturally done a lot of nose work, even though they have done other things as well.
