I'm back here after 2 years of rhinoplasty.
I'm doing well without any side effects, but the tip of my nose is starting to droop... One thing
that contributes to the drooping of the tip of my nose is that my nose gets pulled when I smile. Before rhinoplasty, I had a consultation when I was visiting the hospital. They said they would cut the muscle on that side free of charge to prevent the nose from being pulled. They said that if you cut the muscle between the nose and the mouth, you can prevent sagging... I had plastic surgery done somewhere else, but I remembered the consultation at ㅈㅇㅅ and asked them to cut the nose muscle so that it wouldn't pull in. They said it was absurd and said they would do the nose surgery even if I didn't ask for it to be cut separately. They say that the muscles are naturally cut. I thought it was like that at the time, but I kept feeling like my nose was being pulled when I smiled, and now my nose is as saggy as it was before plastic surgery... These muscles in the post about sagging nose tip? There's no story so I'll post it here. If you have nose surgery, does that muscle have to be cut? So if that muscle is cut, why do I still feel my nose pulling when I smile?
