I think my surgery was done by a shadow doctor.

hello. I feel like I wrote a very provocative title, but please understand that I am writing this because I am suspicious of something. I had surgery at a famous nose plastic surgery clinic in Apgujeong at 12:30 PM this Tuesday. There is only one doctor! It was a private hospital, and on the day of the surgery, I had a brief consultation with the doctor, changed clothes, and waited in the waiting room before entering the operating room. Since it was a nose surgery, anesthesia was administered, and as I lay down on the operating table, there were only two female staff members by my side. The person who appeared to be a nurse placed an IV line and administered tranquilizers. I felt like I couldn't fall asleep, so I was told that it was because not enough sleep-inducing ingredients had been administered yet, and I lost consciousness.
  When I woke up, I was in the recovery room. The doctor came in very briefly and said that she was in the middle of straight beoseon and half beoseon and left. I keep having doubts because I couldn't see you in the operating room.. Even if it's a private hospital, is it possible to have a pay doctor or surrogate surgery? ㅜㅜ I'm really, really worried that that female nurse may have had plastic surgery on me ㅠㅠ.. I need help from plastic surgeons... ㅠㅠ Maybe it's because the doctor spoke so simply, but I'm even more anxious.
