Oh my gosh... guys, I got 1st place in this week's post!!!! 77ㅑㅏㅏㅏㅏㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
How many comments and how many views does it have to be? There are things like this too ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ
As promised, I'll write an additional post ㅋㅋㅋ But before that,
here's the link to the petition regarding mandatory installation of CCTV in hospital operating rooms and examination rooms
https://www1.president.go.kr/petitions/586877 Please agree!
You should definitely ask about this during consultation, and it can be important information in case something goes wrong later.
Many doctors are against it..
I'll add it to the original post!!
[Original post]
I studied a lot to get rhinoplasty. I mainly found everything at Seongyeosa. There aren't any brokers here either, right? It seems like you can see them (I guess I start to see things if I keep looking.). Still, I'm grateful for the information I'm getting ㅠㅠ
I went for a consultation for my first rhinoplasty.
I wrote the hospital horizontally on a piece of paper and compared them by writing the material, whether the nose bridge is osteotomy, whether CCTV is present, shape, whether L-shaped silicone is present, etc. vertically. Some
places took pictures before the consultation and some didn't. What would be the deciding factor? Because of Corona, it wasn't crowded at all and
I wasn't alone or there were one or two other people besides me.
I'm also thinking about writing it down to organize before the surgery and going to one or two more places. Please take a look and give me advice on my concerns, and
leave a review after the consultation if you've been there :)

I went because it was mentioned a lot in Seongye Temple. The doctor is handsome...ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ (That's my first impression. Compared to other hospitals I've been to~)
He looked at me and pointed out where my nose was problematic and what my condition/appearance was by connecting it to my eyes. As soon as I sat down, he looked at me and spoke directly, so
I felt like he'd seen a lot of people in this place. He looked at me in detail and explained things, so I think he's good at identifying the problems, but
I didn't ask the director the things I wanted to ask, so I felt like I'd be used as a side note later. (I'm not saying that the hospital is like that)
During the consultation, he suddenly grabbed the phone, didn't say anything, put it down, and soon after, the director came in and stood there.
Thinking back now, I think it was a sign that he was annoyed and wanted me to hurry up and leave. Psychologically,
there were things I couldn't ask because I thought I had to finish it when the director came in. But I asked him everything I wanted to ask him later.
First of all, the price was in the late 300s. There's a 1-year A/S.
+)) My consultation was like that, but I feel like the doctor takes better care of the patients he wants to take care of. I think he's skilled.
If the consultation, cost, and surgical method are okay, I don't think it's a bad idea to do it here. The director kindly explained everything to me and answered all my questions well.

It's not a black place. I felt like he was the best at giving consultations among the doctors. Looking at the consultation reviews at Seongyesa,
I felt that there were a lot of cases and that everyone was kind and gave good consultations. I went to get my nose done, but my mom later found out that it was a good place for eyes..
They explained safety well and didn't recommend anything that wasn't necessary. They also told me about side effects.
They provide 3 years of A/S and good aftercare. However, there are some employee reviews of Byungsam, and there are quite a few people who said they didn't like the reviews from the surgeons, so I
'm having a hard time deciding what to buy. The shape is also important. They have great eyes and nose skills, but they seem to do it naturally to fit the patient.
Most people use cotton swabs to remove their noses, but they didn't do that. Instead, they did virtual plastic surgery with pads.
I didn't think it would turn out 100% like that, and I think they just took it out with a cotton swab and showed it, so it's a 2D version.
There aren't many recent reviews on the website, so I'm a little worried.
+)) I decided not to do it here, but I'm thinking about going to just get my eyes done later. But if I go and get my eyes done without getting my nose done, the doctor will probably say ㅠㅠ..
But I liked it enough to take a picture of the review here and go. The counselor only showed me the review pictures that didn't show any dramatic changes, so I was a little disappointed. I wonder why they did that, but it seems like this hospital is doing well too.

I intentionally avoided large hospitals, but why does it smell like a large hospital...? ㅋㅋㅋ
It's my first surgery, but they use all kinds of prosthetics. I skipped it because I was wondering what they do here ㅎㅎㅎ
The surgery fee was also really expensive.
+)) They even advertised on YouTube. If you're going to get it done here, you should definitely ask about the aftercare.
But when I was consulting, I saw one person going in for surgery? I wonder if the doctor quoted a high price because he didn't want to see the patient ㅋㅋㅋ.
4. ㅈㅇㅅ
This person only does no prosthetics + autologous dermis. I deliberately chose this as my first consultation because.
They absolutely don't recommend anything and don't try to do anything, and they focus on proportions and try to make it fit my face.
I like this place too, but it's the double-edged sword of autologous dermis ㅜㅠ I'm thinking about it because I've seen quite a few reviews saying it was absorbed.
I think proportions are important, and they also look at the nasal angle and have something like a protractor that you put on your nose.
They said this much is not enough... They seem to make it fit the proportions, but it's autologous dermis ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I don't think there's anyone here who did well with autologous dermis ㅋㅋㅋ
Still, please share your stories with those who have done or are considering doing autologous dermis ㅜㅠ
+)) After going around for consultations, I found out that autologous dermis wasn't the right method for me. But if you're looking for safety, I recommend this hospital.
The doctor was very kind.
5. I
had silicone + septum. There was CCTV.
At that time, I was thinking about whether to do non-implantation or silicone, so they told me about both.
The doctor wasn't very proactive (personally), and I was a little annoyed by this. It seemed a bit far from the overall harmony that I had in mind.

I thought I’d just put my foot in here and put it in without much thought, but I ended up hiking on the way to the consultation.
It turned out to be a medium to large sized one. Director->President->Director, and they asked if I wanted surgery on one area, and they charged extra for each area separately, and
finally a deposit lol. I promised myself that I wouldn’t wear it before I went, so I was a little shaken but I didn’t put it in.

Doctor ㅅㅇ seemed really, really confident. It’s good to be confident…ㅎㅎ But he was really tall. I wonder if the doctor knew that he was the only one who stood up and greeted the patient when he came in (my opinion) lol. He said that he could use the septum, ear cartilage, and costal cartilage if necessary. But he said that they would have to open it up during the surgery to see how high it would be and if they would use autologous costal cartilage. I thought that I needed to know that before the surgery. He also showed me some review photos, so I could see that it went well, but I wasn’t sure about it. The head of the consultation room was honest. When I was consulting here, there were two people who came to see the progress, and their noses were a bit small and swollen. It wasn't the shape I preferred. But it wasn't bad because people came to see it. Oh, and
the parking fee here..... hehehe. I was there for about an hour and a half and the parking fee was 8,000 won.
The first 30 minutes were free and after that, it was like an additional 5,000 won. I think it's around that much even if the hospital takes pictures.
Three men were going around and the parking area was like a different world. I waited a bit during the consultation...
On the way home after, kimchi and mackerel stew cost 8,000 won..^^hehe

This place is unique in that they make plaster casts. They make plaster casts before the surgery and prepare about 9 types of silicone that match the casts.
So during the surgery, they put you to sleep for 5-10 minutes, put in silicone, tie it up slightly, wake you up, and see if you're satisfied. If you're not satisfied, they put you down and put something else in. Repeat endlessly.
The satisfaction level can't be low. They keep changing the silicone until the patient is satisfied.
I think it was here that I was worried because the review photos showed the nose starting a bit high.
I think this is a place that people who are worried about anesthesia or shape/height should go to!
Thank you for leaving so many comments!!ㅎㅎㅎ
1] First nose - I think non-implanted ones are good, but I'm considering silicone because of concerns about absorption. I
heard that my nasal septum is generally weak, so I think I'll have to use ear cartilage as well. => But if I only use ear cartilage, will it sag later? Is it weak?
That's what they say. I think they only used ear cartilage 5-6 years ago (or not ㅎㅎ).
I've seen people who had their septum over-extracted. Is it okay if I use it when I don't have it/if it's over-extracted, will I have an empty nose? Can I have side effects?
2] They said that they have to shave it off a little because I have a hump and put all the silicone in, but they said that's just a convenient method for doctors?
Could this be a problem if I have a second surgery later? I want to do my forehead and nose tip to match the height of my beak, but I don't think that's possibleㅠ
3] This is my first surgery, and these days, the basic price for all hospitals is 300. Is there anyone who has seen a private hospital under 300?
4] I want to go to JST and SSS (ㄱㅅㅂ when you have time), so if you have been there and can send me a review after the consultation, I would be grateful!
5] If you had a good experience at ㅇㅈ, please raise your handㅠㅠㅠ
If you have a lot of advice about my concerns, I'll add a reviewㅋㅋ I'll also write a review after I decide on a hospitalㅠ I hope it goes well!
