Loss of olfactory function after facial contouring

I had 2 types of contouring and rounding. It's
 been a week since I used it and
 the swelling is going down.
 My nose is stuffy and there is no bleeding.
 I lost my sense of smell from the day of the surgery.
 I can't even smell something right in front of my nose.
 So my sense of taste only functions about 10-20% of the time. I
 didn't know at first because my nose was stuffy, but
 I realized it after my stuffy nose was cleared up due to general anesthesia. I
 can't smell anything.
 
Before I go to bed, my teeth are tight, tingling, tingling, etc.
 I know what other people are experiencing. I
