I made an appointment for a double eyelid consultation.

I live in the countryside and made appointments for double eyelid surgery at two places in Seoul,
 but when I called to confirm, one of them missed the appointment and
 the other one postponed it because of the director's surgery.
 Since I was coming up from the countryside, I used my annual leave and made an appointment early in the morning and even booked my train ㅠㅠ I made a reservation
 at both places because I liked the reviews,
 but for some reason , I'm losing faith in the hospital
 because I feel like they don't keep their appointments even before I even got the consultation.
 The place that postponed the appointment called me first and coordinated the schedule ㅠ
 I found out about the place that missed the appointment after I called to confirm...ㅠ
 Maybe it's because I live in the countryside and this is my first time getting plastic surgery, but
 I'm worried about things like this for no reason ㅋㅋㅋ
