First of all, there was a 46 million won hospital.
I went there on a friend's recommendation.
It was a one-person hospital and the director said that he would take care of all the stitches and aftercare. I felt very trustworthy in that regard.
I often got estimates for in-out (buried) + partial incision + front trim from other hospitals, and usually, when you consider double eyelid surgery + trim, you think it would be less than 300 at most...
But I was quoted 8 million won.
The director frequently mentioned that the surgery itself is not drawing a double eyelid line or opening the eyes, but changing the shape of the eye frame itself.
So,
eyelid fat redistribution (there is a lot of fat at the back of the eyes, and the front part is sunken, so this is filled in)
epicanthoplasty (instead of opening it forward to make the eyes look sunken, it can be seen as an upper eyelid),
double eyelid line, incision (when I asked how they would draw the line, they said they consider the bone position, pupil position, and degree of sunken eyes, so I decided to come back and get another consultation)
There was also one more thing called
lower eyelid fat removal,
but I don't remember. I had
a total of 5 surgeries (all on the eyes ㅠㅠ) and it came to 8 million won.
Since there are a lot of people looking for reviews of this hospital, I'm writing this for the public good, so if you have any questions, I'll answer them all to the best of my knowledge :)
