There are so many real open chat room brokers

I'm looking into rhinoplasty and I'm active in an open chatroom for nose jobs. I don't know if a specific hospital broke up a broker, but a hospital that I didn't know about suddenly opened up and everyone else in the chatroom said they were getting it done there, so I think people are following suit. (I really want to tell them not to get taken in by brokers) When I joined the open chatroom early this year, another hospital was in chaos, and at the time, I didn't know what it was so I was going to get it done there, but I couldn't because of the timing. If you look at the reviews of the hospital that was in chaos back then, everyone said it was too high and out of harmony, and that only
 the nose was visible. At the time, people said it was pretty. People who can't tell the difference between brokers quickly join the open chatroom and read what people write for a few months. That's when it catches your eye ㅋㅋ I really hope all the hospitals with brokers go out of business
