My nose wasn't low, so from the time I was consulted, I asked them to make it as natural as possible, so they inserted 3mm silicone and used my own ribs
at the tip of my nose. During the surgery, they said it seemed low, so they inserted 4mm. After the surgery, when I asked if it seemed too high, they said it was because of the swelling, so I waited and now, 6 months have passed and the tip of my nose is so high that it looks unnatural. What should I do in my situation? Should I get after-sales service or should I get a second surgery?
Is there a problem with the hospital? Please help me..
