The hospital did something wrong to me, but I didn't receive a proper apology for it.
The hospital ignored my opinion, so I just wrote down the facts I was hurt by.
Then I got a call from the hospital.
They called and put me in the hospital staff chatroom and called me. Etc...
They laughed at me and said that my actions put them at a disadvantage. They said I
was talking behind the patient's back? LOL
I was like, "Huh?" I said I would let it go if they apologized, but the hospital ignored my opinion and defended the employee who was the perpetrator.
They were the ones who made a big deal out of something that could have been small, but they talked as if I was the one who did something wrong
.
The hospital's viral slogan said that they put patients first, but when the employee did something wrong to the patient, they immediately abandoned the patient and were so upset
that they were fooled by false advertising. I'm really surprised and annoyed that the hospital told the patient that they were talking behind the patient's back in the hospital group chatroom.
I'm really confident in my sword dance... I want to dance with swords
. I demanded a full refund because it annoyed me that they would only do it when things got worse after they talked behind my back and stuffed me
like that. If they don't give me a refund, I'll just reveal the recordings and stuff and dance with swords. Is that okay?
And be careful in open chat rooms because there are brokers. ㅠ I'm also a victim, and I didn't know that the hospital would talk about me and stuff behind my back
just because I wrote down the facts about the damage I did. Who would want to go to a hospital that curses at patients for no reason, doesn't respond properly, and mocks and talks behind their backs when the patient tells them the truth about the damage they did?
Someone unlucky like me spent a lot of money, got cursed at for no reason, and the hospital said they didn't know anything about me, called me to talk behind my back, so they threatened me and told me to shut up. ㅜㅜ... Who made a big deal out of this problem that could've ended with an apology?
