I think it's better to do one of the two, nose and contouring, and give up the other.
The moment you do both, the pretty 2-3 years will disappear like a flash,
and now there's a high probability that you'll live the remaining time with anxiety/worry about reoperation/obsession with aging.
Nose -> Regardless of the skill of the doctor, the surgery with the highest probability of unpredictable side effects due to the body's immune response.
Contouring -> sagging is 100% (from experience).
My parking is fine, but my nose tip is low, so I've heard a lot that I'd be really pretty if I just did
my nose, but I have a very strong desire to raise the
tip of my nose, but I'm absolutely not going to touch my nose. Since I already got contouring,
I have to spend all my money on lifting.
The uncertainty of the nature of rhinoplasty +
I think it'll be a long-term waste of time and money to do it at the same time, and
above all, the mental stress and worry will be no joke, so I'm just going to live with my nose.
