I had a nose surgery with autologous dermis. I was not satisfied with the height of my nose, so I tried to add silicone under the dermis, but the hospital where I had the dermis surgery said that it
would be difficult to place silicone under the dermis because there was no room for nasal skin.
It seems like there is no more skin space because the dermis was added. If the dermis is removed, will there be more skin space on the nose? Or, even if it is removed, will there still be insufficient nose skin space
?
If there is room for skin by removing it, I would like to have surgery again with silicone and ear cartilage after removal!
