Discoloration and unevenness of chin skin after dissolving chin filler

You may not be able to see it clearly in the photo, but after about 4 treatments of chin filler, the filler sagged as expected. So I wanted to dissolve it a little, so I melted it 4 days ago. I was very satisfied with the high level for a day or two, but from the 3rd day, strangely, the skin color of my chin was discolored and the skin was bumpy. It's done ㅠㅠ This is probably because the autologous tissue is tied together with the filler, right? It's lumpy, so I can't shave it, and the discoloration is so severe that it's as black as a beard.
 I never thought I'd experience such a side effect from a filler-dissolving procedure, not a filler procedure, but the hospital said they'll just wait and see. Has anyone experienced the same side effects as me?
