Since reducing the nose itself cannot be done with plastic surgery, I will only pick out the elements that can be done with plastic surgery
- low nose tip and low columella (if the nose tip is raised, the columella also rises forward and the philtrum looks longer)
- low starting point
of the nose bridge - flatness
between the eyebrows - weak nose bridge hump (breaks the line of sight so that the nose doesn't look long)
- thick upper lip and moderately narrow philtrum
- moderately long and protruding mouth
- moderate cheekbones and square jaw
- low eyebrow position
Personally, I think these elements compensate for the long mid-face without making it stand out.
