This is not intended to slander, but rather a listing of facts. I hope there is no misunderstanding.
Long nose -> Wanted to make it shorter by repositioning the nasal tip cartilage!!
There are many hospitals that pull the sagging part of the tip of the nose forward to make it look like it is not an arrow nose, but that is so unnatural and annoying. I really wanted to reduce the length of my nose, so I really worked hard at the consultation. As
you can see from other posts, I had a clear idea of the nose shape I wanted and the nose shape I hated, so I explained the nose I wanted and the nose I really hated, even using Photoshop, and strongly requested that they do it.
There was no nose design (anything done to the face) before the nose surgery.
During the pre-surgery consultation, they showed a picture of the nose I hated again and
went straight to the operating room for the
surgery, but guess what... They pulled the sagging nose tip, which I hated the most, forward to lengthen my nose.
I felt something was wrong right after the surgery, so I continuously complained.
1. 14th day after surgery, inquired about early removal -> They said to wait a month. It is too early. If you wait a month, you will get a rough line.
2. 21st day after surgery, progress check -> During the consultation with the surgeon, they said it is pretty, so why? I told them that I was dissatisfied with my long nose and sagging bridge, but they said that they would not adjust the bridge and the length of the nose tip (support, extension adjustment), but would instead remove the cartilage that was shaped at the tip of my nose. It seems that they do not know what the problem is or what I am dissatisfied with.
3. 30 days after surgery -> I had 3 consultations before surgery, and even prepared a PDF to explain the parts that I was dissatisfied with after the nose surgery, but they did not know what the problem was, so the hospital gave up on the second surgery because they said they would improve completely different parts.
4. 20~40 days after surgery -> I visited many hospitals for early correction and early removal, and I heard various stories, but the conclusion was that the swelling would not go down to the shape of my nose that I wanted.
5. 40 days after surgery, I got sick, asked about a refund
-> The hospital said, “It is not a bad surgery, so we cannot refund you.” They said that a bad surgery would completely ruin your nose or cause inflammation and contracture… Haha.
Does that make sense? Isn’t nose surgery cosmetic surgery? The beauty salon asked me to dye it red, but I told them not to because I hate orange, but they said that if I dye it orange, they would refund and do a second surgery… ㅎㅎ At first, when I was crying and asking about early correction, they told me to wait a month for a decision, but this time they told me to wait 6 months. ㅋㅋ I
was so shocked that I asked if I could get the nose line I wanted if I waited 6 months, and they said, “I can’t give you the answer you want...” I don’t know what answer I want, but they kept telling me that judging by my current nose shape was meaningless, so they whined and made the tip of my nose stick out and the bridge of my nose sag, so it would get better. I clearly said that I didn’t like this nose shape, but when I asked if it would get shorter again like I wanted, I didn’t get any answers.
The frontal shape of my nose isn’t pretty either. It’s surprising that my nose wasn’t corrected much even though I stretched it out so much. My friends didn’t notice much of a difference when they saw me from the front (=the flat nose correction wasn’t very effective), but when they saw me from the side, they seriously worried that maybe the surgery was a mistake and were so stressed out that they even drove all the way to my house in case they made a bad choice…
When I first saw you, I emphasized that I wanted my nose to look like it didn't have any surgery, and there were people who asked me if I had a nose job (and said, "You did it because you like that kind of nose?" kekekekekekeke... Just a typical Korean guy) and there was a friend who cried and said that my old nose was a hundred times better... haha
My family also got upset whenever they saw my nose, saying that it was better now than when the cast was taken off. They worked hard to save up money to support me because I wanted to get a nose job in difficult circumstances, but they said it was a good surgery and that there were no problems in principle, and that they couldn't give me the answer I wanted, and it made me angry.
The re-examination fee alone costs at least 600-800. The first examination fee was over 400, so it costs twice that much. It's clearly cosmetic surgery, and it can't give 100% of the results that the patient wants, but at least I shouldn't have made a nose worse than what I hate. I got the surgery to get the nose I like and want, so why would I spend over 400 and risk inflammation and tissue formation under the knife? ㅎㅎ
Before the surgery, she showed me her disgusting nose and openly said, “If you’re going to do surgery like this, I won’t have the surgery. I hate it so much.” But once she creates that disgusting nose that I mentioned, isn’t it natural to go under the knife twice, whether to remove it or get a second surgery?
Because of this bad result, I have to get another unnecessary surgery, and I’m having a very hard time financially, physically, and during the 6 months I’m waiting. I’m also taking antidepressants. ㅎㅎ I’m going crazy, seriously. This
is a strange hospital where they created “cosmetic” surgery, but they created “the shape I hate the most” and explained it to me in advance, and said there were no problems with the surgery. I don’t know if everyone is like this or if it’s just them, but I think it’s really unique.
In conclusion, I paid over 4 million won and got the exact nose shape that I absolutely did not want to get surgery on.
So, when I looked for a hospital
to get my nose done again, my main criteria for choosing a hospital were 1. A hospital with
a natural
look, 2. A hospital that is good at making a long arrow nose -> a short and straight nose,
and 3. A hospital that is good at lowering a long and high nose tip
. According to my criteria, ㅁㅌ Plastic Surgery is the best. Therefore, if you could recommend a hospital that satisfies 2 or 3 of the criteria above, I would be grateful... ㅠㅠ
A. ㅁㅌ Plastic Surgery -> I'm worried because there are so many different stories.
B. ㄱㅇㅈ Plastic Surgery -> Not my style, I get rejected because I'm picky.
C. ㅊㄷㅊ Clinic -> I'm hesitant because it's an ENT clinic.
D. ㄷㄹㅅ Plastic Surgery -> Some are flashy, some are natural, so I'm worried.
