Is it common to get a nose silicone replacement??

It's been about 1 year and 7 months since I had the surgery, and the silicone is getting warped, so
 
the doctor in charge told me to replace the silicone. He said he would just replace the silicone and that he wouldn't do anything else
 
and talked about it as if it was something simple.ㅠㅠ
 
When I had the surgery, my face was really swollen and my nose was also really swollen, and it took more than 6 months for it to all go down??
 
It was really hard, but since he said it was a simple surgery to just replace the silicone, will my face not swell up much??ㅠㅠ
 
When I think about going through that hardship again, it feels distant..
 
How was the swelling and bruising like for people who got silicone replaced?
