<전><전><후><후><Before><Before><After><After>I got lower eyelid fat grafting and cheekbone fat grafting about 3 and a half weeks ago.
Before the surgery, my face would have slight shadows when I had a blank expression or when I was extremely tired, and it would be very slightly bulgy, and when I smiled, the fat would only be captured. It was just round, sagging eyesㅜㅜ.. I
got it done because the fat was captured when I smiled, but since they said they would do the surgery based on a blank expression, I debated whether to do it or not even on the day of the surgery..
Anyway, there were 3 problems:
1. For reference, right after the surgery, my right side was much swollen than the left, the cheekbone where the fat was injected was much more prominent, and the bruising and swelling took a few days longer to go away..
That could be the case, but when I touch the aegyo-sal and the area where the lower eyelid surgery was done on the right side, I couldn't feel it, and when it was slightly swollen, it felt like I was touching leather?
A few days after the surgery, I thought it was because it wasn't fully healed yet, but the problem is that it's still the same even after 3 and a half weeks. Is it some kind of nerve paralysis or necrosis?
Now, the left side has completely subsided and the foreign body sensation from the fat in my cheek has almost disappeared (but it's still plump), and when I smile, I can make facial expressions and smile with my eyes to some extent, but on the right side, the aegyo-sal area and the muscles under my eyes don't move at all... It hurts when I try to make an expression. The surgical site feels hard and heavy.
2. My forehead was originally sharp, but after the surgery, it became deeply and roundly sunken downwards, as if my forehead was ruined, and now it's returning little by little, but the problem is that my Mongolian folds have gotten too long... Looking at the before picture, they were there originally, but they feel like they're about 1.5mm longer? + deeper. Phew... I thought they'd go away when the swelling went down, but they're still the sameㅜㅜ
3. And the skin covering my under-eye area seemed to have flipped over, and a long wrinkle-like line formed under my eyelashes on both sides... You could tell
at first glance that the right side had sunk more and was worse, but as the swelling went down on the left side, the fat under my eyes turned inward again? So it's gone down a lot, but the right side is the same.
Especially when I smile, that part doesn't move and only the corners of my eyes go up, so it's really weird.. I've attached a pictureㅜㅜㅜ
Anyway, my cheeks that had fat grafting have cheekbones like a clown
(I didn't have cheekbones to begin with) and because of the fat grafting, they're so puffy that even my pictures look bad and everyone asks if I gained weight. My eyes have gotten fiercer and I look older and I regret it so much..
On top of that, because my skin didn't take care of itself after the surgery, it suddenly got covered in whiteheads so I can't wear makeup these days...ㅜㅜ
Now I can't smile and I really don't want to meet people and I'm so depressed.
I sat up and slept for 5 days since the day of the surgery, drank 3 pumpkin juices a day, took all the eye drops, and took good care of myself, but why is this happening?
When I contacted the director, he said it would take 4 weeks and that he couldn't do anything for me.. I really hope that all the fat that was injected will go away and that my right eye will return to normal...
