 I trusted the hospital because my family had had several surgeries there. Since

 The first place I went to had friendly ladies, but the director was quite friendly and commercial, and the waiting time was extremely long. The doctor was simple, but not friendly.  The second place I went to was good because the director explained things clearly and kindly, and the doctor talked about potential problems in detail and said that they would do the surgery together, which was nice. I also liked the fact that it was accident-free.
 
So I made a reservation for the latter, but I got a private message from the cafe yesterday. He said that he had done it there and it was a failure. He said that it was a failure, but the doctor didn't care. I don't know if I should believe this person because it's a cafe with a lot of brokers, and when I looked it up on Seongyesa, there were no bad reviews, but the rating was lower than I expected. My mom was relieved that the surgery date was confirmed. What would regular people
 
believe and do?
