3 weeks after rhinoplasty

It was my first surgery and I had the gauze removed on the first day of surgery, but
 my nose was so upturned that I thought it was a failure. I was
 so stressed that I suffered and regretted
 it for nothing , so I searched for Sungye Sacrifice, YouTube, and nosebleeds. I asked for
 reviews from people similar to me, but

 like the director said, and I thought that I would have to think about getting another surgery in 6 months

 My forehead is still swollen and there's a little scar,
