<Before surgery (sorry about the skin condition)><4 months after surgery (sorry again)>It's been 4 months since I had my nose tip surgery with ear cartilage.
 First of all, I have no major complaints
 
and am satisfied with the shape itself. Since there are almost no reviews of the hospital where I had my surgery, many people asked me (there is a review written shortly after the surgery, so if you're curious, go to More My Posts and look at it), but the director is a bit stubborn. He usually lets me choose between a Pinocchio or natural shape, but I didn't really have a specific shape I wanted, so I just asked him to make it as natural as possible, just enough to make it look the same as my original nose shape without it being noticeable. Usually, other hospitals tell me how much they'll raise it, but the hospitals I consulted with said that the amount of raise would vary depending on my nose condition, condition, and harmony after the surgery... I think I went into the surgery here without thinking much about it. After the surgery
 was over, the doctor said he raised it one level higher than originally planned, and I was glad that he liked it, but I wondered what I would have done if he didn't like it. The conclusion is that, as with all surgeries, getting the surgery here can be a huge gamble in terms of appearance.
 
And this is something I personally want to say to people who want to get a nose job: it's more uncomfortable than you think. You won't be able to move your nose properly for the rest of your life, and if you lightly touch it, it hurts a lot more than your original nose, and you have to be more careful when doing strenuous exercise. I recently caught a cold and it was hard to blow my nose lol. And my ears used to hurt more than my nose, and it still hurts after 4 months lol. There's a lot of scarring too... I used to like having my hair short, but I don't think I can do it anymore because of the scar... You never know when the side effects will come. That's why I hope you think carefully before getting the surgery, even if it's not an implant. Rhinoplasty is a battle of probability, so unless you really hate your original nose, I hope you don't get it.
