But when I looked it up, I found out that according to Sobowon's regulations, cancellations made 3 days in advance can be refunded 90%. They say they do, but their rule is that 100% refund is not possible, so I feel a little unfair and feel bad.. Rather
than not being able to receive a patient because I no-showed on the day, even if we exclude the weekend, there are still 5 days left, and since it is a popular hospital, they may be able to receive a patient in the meantime.. (I too. Since the reservation was full, I wanted to make it today, but I

The person who answered the phone at the desk said that it would never be possible the moment I made the deposit, and asked if there was a possibility that someone would make a reservation if I canceled even now. They said they would call through the manager and they would contact me on Monday as work hours ended a little later...
I also feel sorry for canceling, but I am a little upset that the refund policy is too self-centered
