I'm young and have elastic flesh, so thread lifting, etc. are not recommended.
The slightly convex bulldog fat next to the mouth can be suctioned. When I asked, if it's not extracted correctly, it can make you look older and sagging. They said that it's better to look younger now even if it's slightly convex.
Overall, it's safe + has few side effects, and they recommend conservatively rather than dramatic changes.
