It's been two months since I got contouring surgery, so I'll organize my thoughts
so far. 1. It was less painful than I thought, but the anesthesia
was actually harder (this may vary from person to person). The surgical pain was almost non-existent (
this may vary depending on the director's skill level/savasa). My throat hurt so much because of the intubation under general anesthesia that it was the hardest part for me ㅠㅠ
It's like when you have a really bad sore throat... And on the first day, I was dizzy and felt like I was going to vomit because of the anesthesia ㅠㅠ
2. Food is the hardest part.
Moving or opening my mouth is the hardest and most uncomfortable, and
the beginning when I couldn't eat delicious food and had to survive on only liquid food was so sad ㅠㅠ
3. When I get contouring,
I become self-conscious about my eyes, nose, and mouth. I originally didn't have any major complaints about my eyes, nose, and mouth, but
after my face shape, which I was most worried about, was resolved, my eyes, nose, and mouth started to look really ugly ㅠㅠ
Is this how you become addicted to plastic surgery? I was a little scared
. 4. The swelling went down and back down, and the residual swelling seemed to last a long time.
The hospital I had the surgery at said that there was little swelling, but
the swelling lasted longer than I thought. The major swelling seemed to go down quickly, but
this also went down and came back again.
It's better to just look at it in the long term. ㅠㅠ
5. Diet is really important.
I've heard that you have to control your weight for the rest of your life after getting contouring. They say that
if you gain weight, it causes sagging... On top of that, I'm the type that gains weight right away in my face.. so
I have to maintain it well so that I don't gain weight.
And if you had fat in your face before the surgery, you won't be able to see the contouring effect, and
even if you cut the facial bones buried in the flesh, you won't be able to feel the difference before and after. ㅠㅠ You should
diet first and then get contouring, or if you're on the thin side but still
have fat in your face, you should get liposuction at the same time....
That's why I think dieting is essential both before and after contouring.
+ Wow, I didn't know I would get such a big response... So many people asked about it in the comments, so I'll write it down. ㅠㅠ
I got cheekbone, cheekbone liposuction, cheekbone reduction, and chin surgery from the slender Park No-hyeok!
