Guys, if I get rhinoplasty 3 times at the same hospital, do I have to pay?

First of all, after my first surgery, it didn't turn out the way I wanted. When I was consulting with the doctor, I wanted my nose tip to be raised and semi-high, but after the surgery, my nose was made into a straight nose that fell straight down from my eyes. The starting point of my nose was too high, so I thought it was a total mess. On top of that, my nose bridge was high, but the tip wasn't raised much, so when I looked at it from the side, I wanted my nose to extend forward, but it ended up looking like a line that fell down?
 So I had another surgery a week ago, 6 months later. I wanted to raise my nose tip, but they said they would only cut the silicone on the bridge of my nose to make it round, so I did that. But when I came home and took off the tape today, I saw that my starting point was the same, and only the center part of my nose was cut. So I think I'll have to do it again, but if I do it again, I'd rather have my nose tip raised along with the starting point. If I have to do it a third time at the same hospital, do I have to pay extra? Do I just have to pay the entire cost of the second surgery? I didn't pay anything the second time... . Please help me. I heard that I can do it again two weeks before the second surgery, but I want to go to the hospital quickly and get a consultation.
