Honestly, I think correcting the flat nose is the hardest part

The two above are before and the one below is the successor.
 
After the rhinoplasty, the thick and swollen feeling from the bridge of my nose to the tip of my nose like a log disappeared, which is really nice, but it seems almost impossible to make a severe bulbous nose thinner when viewed from the front.
 
In the first place, when I was consulting with hospitals, they said that frontal correction of a bulbous nose was the most difficult…
 
Personally, I am really satisfied because the thick part was corrected and a point was created at the tip of my nose, even though it is round, but
 
people with ordinary bulbous noses who want to completely get rid of their bulbous nose shouldn’t expect much from frontal correction.
