But why don’t doctors who specialize in nose surgery perform nose surgery?

I felt like I didn't see a single doctor who performed nose surgery
 
while running around 11 different places this time.
 Isn't that a pretty nose? (Korean aesthetic sense) I don’t think so, but is it a difference in values? Is it the same as why all ophthalmologists wear glasses?
 LOL Or is it because there are a lot of men? Or
 are there restrictions when explaining things when seeing a doctor?? Haha, I just
 start thinking all sorts of strange things right before the surgery. Haha, did the director get his nose done at least once?? I wanted to ask during the consultation, but I wonder if it's okay to ask a lot of managers...
