i. Supplies
1. Cervical pillow, esophagitis pillow
Similar to a plastic pillow or cervical spine. If the price of a plastic pillow is the same, it is better to buy an esophagitis pillow.
2. Hygiene items (required)
sterilized cotton swab, disposable box of saline solution, humidifier,
various disinfectants (maybe different for each hospital?)
3 When mucous membranes are dry
- Carbomer gel and Duratials eye ointment
are more effective, but they are oily and may not be good for inflamed noses.
Carbomer is absorbed like water and disappears when applied
- Replace with prescribed antibiotic eye ointment for about 2 weeks. You can do it.
Antibiotics are also not good if used for too long.
4. Various compresses (grain packs highly recommended)
- I only have a nose, but I buy and use chin compresses. Most hospitals will give you eye compresses, but chin compresses are recommended. Ensuring visibility... Easy to use, etc.
- Heat compresses I think the recommended millet compress is similar to brown rice, but regular compresses explode if you microwave them incorrectly, and the corn compress lasts longer and fits the curves of your face! Correct
ii. Swelling product review
1. Vitamin C needle patch
This was an unexpectedly effective product. I applied it to the bruise next to my nose and as soon as I woke up, the bruise disappeared. I applied it for a few days and there
was almost no bruise even though the hematoma burst.
2. Pumpkin red bean tea
was effective. Calmly (danggui tea) Ordered it today and will update).
It is effective for overall body swelling rather than swelling concentrated on the face.
3. Among the swelling 3-piece set,
Bruna, Tripline, and Benocin, the one that worked for me was Bruna, Tripline Benocin, which seems to be better for double hands.
4. This is the best
venous circulation improver.
There are many effective medicines such as Venoron, but those with high diosmin content can be purchased directly. When I eat and sleep and wake up, the swelling goes down. I'm still taking it.
5. Cupping and acupuncture patches
are good.. they're effective.
I put the acupuncture patches on while I sleep (in my ears), so I don't know if it's because of other things. Cupping helps reduce body swelling and it's cool..
6. Gua Sha massage.
If you massage your scalp with gua sha, you can see the swelling go down in real time.
7. Anthocyanin
I have tried this before when I had another surgery, and it was very effective for swelling back then. It was effective this time as well. It seems to be especially helpful in absorbing hematomas. Product recommendation
I'm the type that swells very well, so I feel like I'm getting sick with swelling products... If there are any other recommended products, please recommend them.
