People who have had plastic surgery in Japan

Has anyone had plastic surgery in Japan..? I don't think soㅠㅠ
 I live in Japan and I'm worried about my face shape and I have no problem communicating in Japanese!
 
My thoughts so far
 Japan's pros: It suits my desired beauty, doctors tend to be more friendly and answer questions and look at things thoroughly than in Korea, the surgical techniques seem to be good (I'm not a specialist so I can't tell the difference in technique...)
 Japan's cons: It's expensive (1.5~2 times more expensive than in Korea?)
 Korea's pros: It's cheap Korea's cons: The cost
 of the plane ticket, some doctors may not be like that, but in my experience, doctors are often unfriendly, I haven't been able to get a consultation for plastic surgery in person when I go to Korea, so I think I'll have to go through all the steps one by one and it'll be hard to find the time. the money, I'd like to get it done in Japan, but it's twice as expensive... These days, Japanese people go to Korea to get plastic surgery, so even including the plane ticket and accommodation, Korea must be much cheaper..? But if Japan is expensive, I wonder if they won't pay a high price... Has anyone had it done?ㅠ
