Surgery fee refund

Hello, I had full-time double eyelid surgery (revision) like this. But the posterior incision was odd and the anterior incision was really frustrating and it was in the shape of the letter "ㄷ", so I talked to them again and had the surgery. But when the stitches were removed, it's in the shape of a "ㄷ" again?... (When I had the anterior incision surgery, they said they would do a revision surgery for the posterior incision as well, but they said they would think about it and only did the anterior incision, but it's better not to do it because the front was ruined after the stitches were removed.) If I go and talk to them, can I get a refund for the posterior and anterior incision? What should I say to get a refund? Will they do it if I cry and complain?
