Swelling after rhinoplasty

I had 3 types of contouring and a nose job 2 months ago, but
 after a month and 2 weeks of contouring, the pin on my right cheekbone fell out...
 It's been 2 weeks since I had it re-fixed, and that area looks sunken in like an Indian wrinkle.
 I don't have Indian wrinkles to
 begin with, but I didn't notice it because the whole area was swollen the first time I had 3 types and a nose job... The swelling didn't seem to be like this either, but
 when I asked the hospital, they said it was because the area above my nasolabial fold and my cheek were swollen because they re-fixed it only with an incision inside the mouth, but
 if I wait, it'll be okay, right? ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
