I like the shape of the face, eyes, and mouth, but my nose is a bit boxy. Even my friends say that if you look at Seongye Sa's posts, you shouldn't touch your nose... They also tell you not to do fillers because you'll regret it later. Will I regret just reducing the bridge of my nose? Heiko, should we just not do cartilage tying at all?
