Difference before and after non-boknose implants..?

Double nose correction + osteotomy + nasal septum + ear cartilage
 I took off the splint yesterday and it's been 7 days since the surgery
 *Below is the photo taken to the operating room
 
1. Will it look like the photo of hope when the swelling goes down???
 The mid-face area is short, small, thin, sophisticated, straight straight, and I want to improve the front.
 It looks like my nose will get smaller over time due to swelling, but
 it's not high at all, right? ..it will get lower ㅠㅠ
 
2. The line doesn’t change, right?
 How about the line? It looks like a tabi nose... How about reoperation?
 It's been more than 5 years since AS, so will they do a reoperation?... (They say they only charge material costs)
