Bilateral side effects, lagophthalmia, are very difficult

I lost my double eyelids through incisions, so I have a lack of eyelids. So now, I have lagophthalmia and when I close my eyes, they don't close completely. Even when I close them,
 the skin that doesn't exist stretches and covers it, so the area around my double eyelid line becomes red as if I can see the veins.
 It's been 7 months since my double eyelids were ruined, and I'll get used to it. I thought it was so dry, stiff and hard that I feel like I'm dying.
 It's summer and I want to sleep with the fan on, but the wind makes my eyes drier so I have to wear an eye patch... Artificial tears are essential.
 Please, the hospital... I regret not doing it at that hospital. It's much bigger than the regret of not doing the incision after looking
 into it. If it had been another hospital, I wouldn't have been able to make a proper incision and get double eyelids that close my eyes and last for a long time
