Male eye correction failure

I had surgery at a plastic surgery clinic that advertises that it only specializes in eye correction for men.
 There was only one director, and there were actually many surgical cases and he looked at them in detail.
 But now, three years after the surgery, people around me are recommending me to have the surgery again.
 
I can't overcome my saggy ptosis, and I still hear people say that my eyes are droopy and I look sleepy.
 Even if you practice hard to open your eyes after surgery and have not learned how to open your eyes,
 it does not expand naturally, but rather ruins the charm of your eyes and creates wild eyes.
 
Is there anyone who has had successful eye correction for men? How difficult is the surgery for revision eye correction? It will go up further, right..?
