What kind of surgery should I get for a Southeast Asian impression double eyelid surgery?

I'm a guy, but my skin is a bit dark, and I have a double nose and dark eyebrows, so people around me have told me I'm mixed-race and look like a Southeast Asian. I personally have a bit of a complex about it. What kind of surgery would be good? Since it's my first time getting plastic surgery, I don't even know how much it would cost. Personally, I want to get rid of my double nose while keeping my eye line. And I don't know much about my nose yet, so I'm going to get my nose shaped during the consultation, but can I go to the hospital and tell the director or the person who's consulting me that I want to fix my Southeast Asian appearance?
