Has anyone tried Gore-Tex Noble Surgery?

 Recently, I came to ㅅㅍ for consultation on noble surgery from the director ㄱㅇㅅ. I was thinking about doing it here because I had confidence in it,
 but the problem is that the implants are made of Gore-Tex. There are some inflammations and such later on, but after 5 or 10 years, the Gore-Tex shrinks and the effect is minimal. During the consultation,
 I felt like the atmosphere at the hospital was good and the director was trustworthy, but I'm still worried. I
 
watched YouTube a while ago and went for a consultation with Director ㅊㄷㅂㅇㅇ, and they said they use silicone.
 
Another thing that bothers me is the difference in prices between the two hospitals. There are a lot of people (ㅅㅍ is cheap, but when I looked into it, I found out that ㅊㄷㅂㅇㅇ is expensive for an aristocratic... so I have a feeling that it must have more skills..)
 


Is there anyone who was an aristocrat at ㅅㅍ or had Gore-Tex aristocratic surgery?
 Will the effect remain the same even after a few years?
