I'm 41 years old this year.
As for my plastic surgery history,
in my 20s I had double eyelid surgery, nose surgery,
fat grafting, and eyebrow lift. In my 30s, I had eyelid surgery, nose revision surgery, and face lift. In my
40s, it's been 9 days since double eyelid surgery.
Next week, I'm having facial surgery. I have made a reservation for liposuction.
First of all, the number one surgery I regret the most is
fat grafting.
As I entered middle age, the fat grafted fat
sagged under my cheekbones and cheeks, and a cheek depression appeared on one side, making
the asymmetry even worse. As time went by, it got worse and I was so stressed out that I made an appointment for surgery this time..
I really just wanted to straighten my facial lines without being too greedy..
The wrong face due to fat grafting
doesn't come back no matter how much you treat it with a laser..
And the important thing!!! I had fat removed from my thighs, but
the fat on the back of my thighs was tightened,
so the fat that supported my buttocks disappeared, so
my
butt saggy and the back of my thighs lost elasticity, so
I couldn't wear short skirts and pants .
I even got acne scars after an unexpected acne
broke out in the fat grafted area.)
Second place is an eyebrow lift.
Doesn't it seem like I got an eyebrow lift when I was in my 20s?
I didn't intend to get an eyebrow lift from the beginning.
I went to a hospital where I had my first double eyelid surgery and the line was covered, so I went for a second surgery
. The hospital said that my double eyelid line would be visible better, so I just did it.
Ha... really... I was crazy...
I had a scar under my eyebrows that I couldn't hide...
Also, I didn't wear much makeup at the time,
so I had surgery without tidying up my eyebrows, and the eyebrow lift site was too close to my eyes, so now when I trim my eyebrows, I can see the surgery scar underneath... My
youthful appearance is also fierce . I lost weight and became more like an old lady...
FYI, because I had my eyebrows lifted at the time,
I now have horizontal lines between my eyebrows...
3rd place is my nose. My
nose
was originally high and the shape wasn't bad,
but the nose that was bumpy when I was young became an adult, so when I took my ID photo, it looked so bad. It was so severe that the curve was noticeable,
so I thought it wouldn't work and had surgery.
Has it been 10 years since the surgery? The tip of the nose is gradually coming down.
The nose was originally long, but it got longer.
The first surgery was done with autologous rib cartilage, but
the downside of autologous ribs is that they are very hard and heavy. So it
seems like the nose has gotten longer,
and it was a nose that was really famous at the time. I had it done
at a hospital,
and it was a famous hospital that said that if you have a nose, you would have a protruding mouth, but I really should never do
that. Every time I smiled with that, horizontal wrinkles formed on my philtrum and
the shape of my philtrum became flat and flimsy.
They advertise this as a nose job that will make your mouth appear
protruding. Please don't go!!!!!!
You will get a long philtrum + horizontal wrinkles + a widened philtrum shape!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For the second nose surgery, my rhinitis was getting worse, so I had to re-surgery
with functional rhinoplasty.
It felt like my nose had been completely ripped out during the second surgery, or it felt so strong that I couldn't touch it anymore,
so I guess the doctor had no sense of aesthetics. It didn't look that good. I'm just satisfied with the fact that I can breathe well without inflammation, and I will never have a nose surgery again.
The pros and cons of autologous ribs and ear cartilage are
that autologous ribs are heavy, but they have the advantage of being able to raise the nose higher and
shape the tip of the nose naturally, and
ear cartilage is light. You can't raise it much, and the shape of the tip of your nose seems less natural.
Oh, and the AirPods are fine without the ear cartilage, but
the buds don't sit in the ear canal and fall out easily.
4th place is a face lift.
This was the cost for me. I just want to be at least a year younger. I regret getting braces or something like
that
.. I did it when I was too young to have a face lift at the age of 36..
At that time, I thought a face lift would solve the problem of fat grafting.. Now look at this... The butterfly called a face lift due to a wrong fat grafting.
It worked...
A side effect after the face lift surgery is that if you wear glasses for a long time,
the area above your ears gets so puffy and painful that it even causes headaches...
And the inside of the skin is raised, so there is a protruding part like a lump at the bottom of the temple, so it hurts
the body. It goes up and down depending on the condition, and repeats...
5th place is
canthoplasty. You had reoperation on the eye this time...
The reason for doing it again almost 18 years after the first double eye surgery is because
the right eye has completely loosened... I had it buried, but
it's inevitable that it will loosen. See...
I found out when I first got my hair done that there is a greater chance of it coming out, especially if you lift your eyebrows.
So, since I'm having another surgery, I thought I'd do everything I could for the eyes
, and I did everything from the front to the back to allow for natural adhesion, right?
It definitely seems to have a cool look, but
I have to say that the feeling of being pulled from side to side when I open my eyes is burdensome
... Eye fatigue is no joke...
It hasn't been that long, and I think I'll only be able to tell as time goes by,
but my eyes are a bit dry and my eyes are sore. It's cold..
And maybe because my eyes are next to the temples where the face was lifted
, it feels like
the area that was lifted due to the face lift and
the area behind my eyes are pressing against each other, so it's even more burdensome.
Ha... I'll write a review of the eye surgery separately in about a month.
.. As of now,
the surgeries that I am regretting and
that I am glad I did not do are facial contouring, double jaw surgery, and fillers.
The side effects I mentioned
may not be a big deal
in some ways , but they are things you will never know
unless you experience them, so my article will be helpful in choosing to have plastic surgery.
