Are there cases where only the bridge of the nose and the forehead are filled with silicone?

They said that since there is a slight crease when doing the surgery closed, there could be a step when they scrape that area, so they put 2mm of silicone only in the space between the eyebrows and the bridge of the nose~~
 
Not all the way to the tip of the nose! Normally, silicone is long and straight, so it seems right to go all the way to the tip of the nose.. Other hospitals say that cutting the silicone only in the space between the eyebrows and the bridge of the nose is the old-fashioned way, but is that really true?!
