I look like an avatar on the 8th day of nose surgery. What should I do?

It's not yet before the director has looked at it and the splint has been removed, but
 even considering the swelling, the starting point of the silicone on the bridge of the nose is so high that it looks like an avatar... Even if the swelling on the bridge of the nose goes away, won’t the starting point be the same?
 
I told him that I was not greedy about the bridge of my nose and that I wanted to keep it smooth without any steps by grinding down the bridge of my nose, which had a very low bridge and a curved nose. He also said that since I do not have a bridge of the nose, adding 3mm would make it look natural. But when I took off the splint and looked at it, it looked so, so much like an avatar. What should I do? I searched a lot on YouTube and they said it stands out more if you have a flat forehead. This is my case.
 
I have a low nose bridge and a thin nose tip, and I pursue a high curved line. I had the surgery after telling them about my needs, but I don't know if 3mm was too high for me or the starting point was too high.
