When should columella scar treatment begin?

It's been two months and the red scar line on my columella is so bad that I'm stressed.
 I'm constantly applying Norsca.
 Everyone tells me to get vascular laser and scar laser, but when do I usually get it? After all, 6 months later?
 
I'm trying to keep my composure, saying it's still been 2 months,
 but every time I see
 people like this who are a month younger than me and
 have less severe columella scars than me, I wonder if they're mentally ill and the nose surgery went bad
 .
 Even after just a few days, the columella scar fades...? Am I getting redder and darker as time goes by? When will the scars fade? It’s so hard.
