I really wanted to have a philtrum reduction, so I decided to do it for half a year, but then I canceled after seeing a picture of the scar. I made a reservation after seeing the philtrum in the mirror, but then canceled it, and the infinite route...ㅠ
 
I heard that a philtrum reduction scar is only real after 1 year, but everyone only had reviews within a month.. I got botox and lip fillers to make my philtrum look shorter, but my upper lip was sticking out so not only was I not able to put in enough to correct my philtrum, but because of the filler, I looked like a red-headed lady...
 
The philtrum length itself is 1.7-8mm, so it's not that long. , My chin is short and my nose is lifted, so my philtrum looks longer... I quit

I looked for more reviews, but I completely gave up on Inchuk haha. I had all the worst conditions.
 
1. Dark skin + oily skin -> Scars, nutrient lumps + white earthworms are visible^^
 
2. Lifted nose -> Lifting the philtrum and suturing it to the skin of the nose, making the nose lift more. Therefore, major work to reduce the bridge of the nose or raise the nasal wings after reduction is common.
 
3. If you are reducing it by 0.2-3mm, it is a big change from your mother's face There are also reviews of wrinkles deepening...
 
4. Nose surgery -> If the nose is shortened, the existing nose surgery tissues will not be able to hold up... The blood vessels(?) will also be blocked, and the philtrum will keep pulling on the nose, causing the columella pillar to bend. Haha, I actually saw a review saying that after getting a nose job, my nose got crooked, so I went to the hospital and the nose director made a fuss about me doing something I shouldn't have done.. haha
