I had heard about and knew about rhinoplasty at a hospital. I canceled the surgery 3 weeks before the surgery date due to my work schedule.
The desk initially said they would understand, but then said it would take a month to cancel the card;
So, I said I would cancel after coming to the hospital.
Then, after ending the call, they called again and said that since they did not mention cancellation during the consultation, they cannot refund the 350,000 won. This
was not mentioned at all during the consultation.
Then, the manager called again after the consultation. They said they would give it to me.
It was not three days ago, not even three weeks ago, and I am angry.
It is not outside of the consumer dispute resolution standards, but
I am currently waiting for the phone call from the manager I consulted with.
