First of all, I applied as a real model, but I was finally accepted and had to undergo facial contouring.
So, I underwent CT, ECG, and blood tests. I paid 300,000 won on the day of the test (I knew 300,000 won was the down payment + test cost)
The surgery was scheduled to take place in about two weeks, but when I thought about it again,
I was afraid that my face would become known and that I might not be able to claim my rights if the plastic surgery went wrong, so I decided to cancel the surgery. A contract was not signed, and the surgery was canceled 13 days ago.
So, I contacted them again this week and requested a refund of 300,000 won excluding the test fee.
However, the hospital said that all 300,000 won was the test fee and that no refund was possible because they had notified me in advance. I explained
it verbally at the time, but I don't remember the details
. If all of the 10,000 won was for the examination fee, it's a bit questionable. Don't most plastic surgery clinics
charge an examination fee + reservation deposit?
So, I wonder if I'm the only one who has experienced this, and I've experienced cancellations at other hospitals with a test fee + reservation fee, but they gave it excluding the test fee, but this hospital is the only one who claims this, so I'm a little suspicious. Can I question whether the inspection cost is 300,000 won?
