This is a continuation of the previous post. My nose is crooked, and this is a picture of the middle, but it feels really bad when I laugh.
When I went to the hospital last month, the hospital said they would refund the entire 18 million won for the surgery (there is a recording), but they lowered the price today.
The 14.4 million won is the difference of 3.6 million won that the hospital paid to the agent as a referral fee.
I said that the hospital suffered damages because of the post I wrote on sungyesa and Kakao Map. Of course, I only wrote the truth, but I also received a request to delete it from this site.
The hospital seems to be okay with the damage to my face. The lawyer in Seoul that I consulted said that it was a complete medical error. Everyone is surprised to see the before and after pictures. The hospital is also saying that they are suing me in a civil lawsuit.
Also, is one-person protests legal in Korea? If they are, I am thinking of hiring a part-time worker and giving it a try before paying the down payment to the law firm. Can someone who knows please tell me?
Additional information
The morning I posted this, I got an email from the hospital. The director was checking my post.
And it seems like they are pretending to be sungyesa users on their accounts and leaving secret comments on my posts. It seems like they are watching how I reply to everyone.
Both the hospital and the agency are registered in the same medical institution called Medicalkorea, which is a foreigner recruitment medical institution, and the hospital told me to get back the 3.6 million won that they paid to the agency without my knowledge.
I was really shocked. Because the hospital secretly gave the agency a cashback. It was only by chance that I found out about it a year and a half after the surgery.
My friend immediately contacted a lawyer and he said that the hospital is obviously responsible for paying the full amount (18 million won). Of course the hospital knows that, and it seems like they think I am an idiot and are telling me to get it back myself.
