Will this scar disappear?

It's been 3 and a half months now.. It's an incision
 but the scar is severe.. The place where the stitches were taken is weird and
 the front line is sticking out
 . The picture is of the same eye..
 The end line of the open and closed eyes is also sticking out and the scar is so different on the right and left sides..
 Well, the line is a little different, but because of the scar, I forgot about the line for a long time.
 The scar has to be okay to get a second surgery.
 But even if it's like me, will it get better after 6 months..?
 I should look into scar removal surgery..ㅠ
 But the surgery line still feels swollen and tight and
 it feels strong.. The hospital said it's part of the healing process and that
 it will get better.. It still feels hot and burning
 and I feel pulling. Do incisions usually hurt this long?
 I didn't feel this bad with my first surgery because it was a partial incision.
