There are a lot of people these days who are interested in
how
to manage scars after surgery.
These days, I'm looking for various things and I hope it helps each other, so
I'm posting what I've compiled. I hope it helps each other a lot.
1. Vitamin C intake is essential!
-Usually, about a week after surgery, the skin around the incision area is actually very weak even though it appears to be attached, so it
takes 3 months after surgery to reach 80% of normal elasticity, and it takes about 2 years to reach close to 100% elasticity.
So, 4 months of care is very important to minimize surgery scars!!!!
1) Avoid straining the wound
2) Apply ointment frequently
3) Avoid drinking and smoking
4) Consume plenty of vitamin C
2. Scar ointment
- Extract ointment - Conturactubex, Noscana, Ventrax gel, Scadum gel, etc.
- Silicone ointment $Sheet #Stick - Use the type you want
- UV blocking products include Kelocode Solaire / Mephiform, etc.
3. If necessary after 3 months / Get a scar injection or scar laser
4. Drink some brush tea (Angelica brush tea, Top brush tea, etc.
) Among them, angelica brush tea has a lot of decanthic ingredients, so it is good for scars and skin regeneration and is also effective in scar management.
Order of use: Extract ointment - silicone ointment - taping
I use Contouractubex / Kelocode / Scarout.
Let’s all get rid of scars by taking care of scars!!!
