 Recycle the nasal septum, use ear cartilage, and reinforce it with dermis because the skin on the tip of the nose is thin.
 You can remove the silicone, but try touching it. The thinnest silicone is 2mm, and mine is also very thin. It seems to be roughly 2.5mm.

Even if you remove it, you can see the bumps or it may look blue because you made the cut. If you don't mind having a different skin color, I'll take it out.  Anyway, since the tip of the nose is set too high, we need to lower it a bit and use the ear cartilage to recycle the nasal septum. Because the skin is thin, dermis reinforcement is necessary.
