First of all, my original nose had a high nose bridge, a hooked nose
, and a sagging nose. I didn't want to put a septum or silicone at the tip of my nose, but the doctor at the time wanted to put only a thin nose, so
it's been about 4 years since I had nose surgery.
At this time, I just thought it would be nice if the hook went away, so I changed my entire face. It seems like I didn't take it into consideration.
My nose started to look too long at some point, so I decided to have reoperation. I
started looking into
Rococo 580
nose reoperation, and it was the first time I went to the hospital. To be honest, I didn't know what the problem was, and I was wondering what was wrong, but when I got out, I wanted to go again...
Well done, Dr. Appearance (haha)
During the consultation, the director said he would give me a virtual plastic surgery using Photoshop, but I said it was meaningless because I had to go to the operating room to get it opened. He said
he wanted to make my nose look shorter, so I tried
1. lowering the bridge of my nose, or
2. raising the tip of my nose,
but I have a hooked nose, so I put silicone in it. The surgery makes it look longer. The silicone can be removed, but since the osteotomy was made, if it feels lumpy or something like that, they look at it during the surgery and suggest making it thinner.
The tip of the nose is too high, so it doesn't make sense to raise it further and make it shorter. Overall, it's a difficult nose to touch... It's my first surgery. He said that this is why I need to do it well... ㅠㅠ He said to himself that using costal cartilage to lower the tip of the nose is a bit funny...
Then he said to recycle the septum, use ear cartilage if necessary, and use Alloderm or Megaderm since the skin is thin and transparent.
I thought I'd like to do it here because I also have clowns in mind...
But since it was my first consultation, I didn't really ask if my nose would look shorter or if it would improve, and I prepared some pictures, but there were some that I couldn't show. Even if I show it to them, the things that can be pulled out of each individual's nose are different, so I just said that the director will look at it and pull out the prettiest line.
I thought the price of Mint 880
was really high... I almost backed away.
The director is very chic and very, very conservative. To put it in a good way, it is cheap. If you say bad things about safety precautions, what does that mean? It's not going to get any better, so should I pay this money..? However, the director seems to be trustworthy, and the major
concerns are that the nose looks long, the bridge of the nose looks high, the cartilage at the tip of the nose protrudes, and the bridge of the nose and the tip of the nose look like a v shape instead of a straight line. He
answered each and every concern one by one. It feels like it is giving me a good feeling, so if I want to step forward, I think I need to think carefully about the improvements I want.
Overall, the surgical method is similar to Rococo.
Recycle the nasal septum, use ear cartilage, and reinforce it with dermis because the skin on the tip of the nose is thin.
You can remove the silicone, but try touching it. The thinnest silicone is 2mm, and mine is also very thin. It seems to be roughly 2.5mm.
Even if you remove this, the bridge of your nose will be straightened as much as you want. There won't be much difference or it will be subtle. Even if you remove it, you can see the bumps or it may look blue because you made the cut. If you don't mind having a different skin color, I'll take it out. I will go to the operating room and perform the surgery while the patient is awake, so I will take it out and show it to you if I think it looks good. But the probability of that happening is low.
Anyway, since the tip of the nose is set too high, we need to lower it a bit and use the ear cartilage to recycle the nasal septum. Because the skin is thin, dermis reinforcement is necessary.
The tip of the nose looks like a V shape because the nasal septum was already harvested and used, so if you cut out the sagging part on the columella side (I don't remember exactly, I think I had a septum extension surgery anyway, but if you cut out the saggy part on the columellar side), your nose will be unstable and it will collapse. My nose was already long, but unless the person who had the surgery before intentionally made it longer, there doesn't seem to be room to shorten it. I'm going to go to the operating room and try to reduce it, but don't have high expectations.
But in my case now, my nose looks long, and regardless of what the problem is, the silicone is visible in the area where the bridge of the nose connects to the tip of the nose. (I only heard about this at Mint / I've never been aware of it, and even after hearing about it and looking in the mirror, I still can't tell) This surgery will be performed by inserting the tip of the silicone under the alar cartilage. If you don't do this, you will continue to have reoperations no matter where you go. What you said in that way is
that you caught parts that weren't caught elsewhere and that you inferred the height of the silicone by feeling the nose. It's so embarrassing... But I paid 880 for a reoperation and it felt like my need for the nose length I wanted the most was almost completely destroyed... At this time, To be honest, I was a bit despairing inside. I was wondering if I couldn't do it.
Kim In-joong seemed to be pursuing 550
extreme naturalism.
The consultation time was 30 minutes, but honestly, I felt like it was a rush.
The director's own pursuit of beauty (an originally beautiful nose has an empty space between the eyebrows and a certain amount of curve, and volume at the tip of the nose) If you take some pictures while talking, 20 minutes just passed. The
taste of Chu is right for me. I searched and looked at the reviews, and I saw that everyone was acquaintances and said that it looked natural and pretty...
Here, except for the nose silicone (I didn't ask to put in extra, it's completely free of implants) ) I'm going to use ear cartilage on the tip of my nose. The tip of my nose is too high and pointy right now, so I just need to lower it and add volume. Since the skin is thin, they suggested wrapping it with fascia.
But it feels somewhat ambiguous... The values that pursue extreme naturalism and safetyism fit very well (the director's own beauty is Blackpink Jisoo's natural nose without surgery), but if you look at the photo of a famous celebrity who did it here, it's so pretty from some angles, but from some angles. I don't particularly like the shape of the tip of the nose. It feels a bit like an arrow nose, and the volume at the tip of the nose stands out with a fleshy feel rather than a boney feel...
So the most important thing for me is whether it is possible to improve the nose that looks like a v shape, and other sources say it is not possible. As I said, the director said that he was improving, but if he kept talking about other hospitals, well... After telling me to go to more consultations, I
consulted with the director, but it wasn't the director, but just a nurse who was a surgical assistant. He said they worked together for 7-8 years. In fact, I think he listened to my story better than the director... haha. So, he said he wasn't sure if there was a definite improvement or not. He said he wasn't a doctor, but from what I saw while eating jjambap, he seemed to be much better (he looks old, long). (What you see) If it wasn't working or you weren't confident, you would have just sent it back, but if you look at the consultation and estimate until the end, I did it because I was confident... I feel a little relieved, but honestly, I want to go for another consultation because I also like Blackpink's Jisoo... My The before and after photos shown by Goo Chu-mi with ㅇNew Jeans Haerin Nose
were all natural and pretty, but the problem is that I don't like the tip of the nose of a certain celebrity who did it here...!!!!!
Looking at the price and the director's values, I like this one the best, but I'm hesitant because I'm worried that if the tip of the nose is too plump, it might look like a box nose.
