It's already been over a month since I got my double eyelid surgery, and it hasn't even been two months yet.
After two weeks, the swelling really went down a lot. There was a little swelling for the first month, but after that, the swelling went down again at some point.
It's getting more and more natural. I'm really satisfied, and the pictures look good and my makeup goes on well.
The swelling on my left and right sides went down differently, but the right side went down faster. But even after going down like this, both sides found their places and the swelling went down, so I don't have to worry too much... I was worried that I'd end up with sausage eyes for two to three weeks, but it was a needless worry.
Both sides are gradually stabilizing and the swelling is going down
a lot. I haven't had any pain since the surgery, and
everyone around me said the surgery went well
. They said that if they were to do it later, they'd do it here.
And when I went to check up on my one-month follow-up, I could do light exercise, but they said to wait and see about swimming because of the goggles (because they put pressure on them) and that I could swim after about two months. Other exercises are okay. Sweating is okay. They said all yoga is possible. Swimming is a no-no, though. It seems like it touches water too often. And I didn't feel any foreign substances when washing my face, and makeup goes on well, and of course, selfies come out great. Worrying is a luxury... I wish I had done
an incision a long time ago. The hospital
was very kind even after a month of follow-up, and they checked where my eye swelling was less severe when I asked them other questions. ㅋㅋㅋ I'm really at the highest level of satisfaction.
It hurt for a day or two after the stitches were removed, but it didn't hurt at all after that. My worries about getting sausage eyes were a luxury,,, They really did a great job with the surgery to fit my face shape.
If I had been greedy and had a high line, I would have been in big trouble. The doctor recommended the best hospital for my face, and he never made excessive demands or added anything extra.
He always treated me kindly every time I went and took good care of the aftercare, so I feel like I chose a good hospital, and I'm satisfied with the results. If you're worried about the pain, you don't have to.
Oh, and I used to be an office worker, but my eyes were chubby for two weeks after the stitches were removed, but after that, they felt natural, so I didn't feel like wearing sunglasses at all, and it didn't interfere with my work and commuting!!
